Sentinels of Stone is not only a cultural festival.

The events proposed in this itinerary meet and celebrate the places that, perhaps most of all, have marked the history of Trentino in the last 100 years.

The Sentinels of Stone are in fact the Forts that were built to guard the border during the First World War.

Unspeakable human dramas took place there, but today they host art, music, poetry, theatre, hikes, food and wine.

They express a profound hymn to life and feelings such as sociality, the encounter in history and nature, the sacredness of a place that is not forgotten, a reflection on the past, a positive look at the future.
