“Watch out! We’re open!”, the MUSE is open again, at the weekend too

from 27 April 2021 - guided tours only

“Watch out! We’re open!”

After more than two months of closure, due to the measures to combat the coronavirus, the MUSE - Museo delle Science Museum of Trento reopens its doors to visitors from 27 April 2021, from Tuesday to Sunday, and proposes guided tours upon booking.

Among the novelties, special tours to discover the artistic and vegetable kingdom of "Tree Time - Arte e scienza per una nuova alleanza con la natura" (Art and science for a new alliance with nature), the great exhibition dedicated to the relationship between mankind and forests from an idea and exhibition project of the National Mountain Museum "Duca degli Abruzzi" in Turin.

Last days at Palazzo delle Albere to immerse yourself in the forests "captured" by Maurizio Galimberti's camera.

At least in this initial phase of the reopening, the museum can only be accessed by prior booking by phone: 0461.270391 or by email at prenotazioni@muse.it for  guided tours for groups of up to 15 people, at 10.00, 14.00 and 16.00.

You’ll experience a slow and intimate rediscovery of the museum and enjoy the  multisensory journey that highlights the urgency to reconfigure our relationship with the giants trees thanks to the exhibition "Tree Time - Arte e scienza per una nuova alleanza con la natura" (Art and science for a new alliance with nature) . Because of the pandemic, the exhibition was closed to the public last October, in compliance with anti-Covid measures. Extended until 30 September 2021, the exhibition - an immersive journey through the photographs, sculptures and visions of 20 national and international artists - will be open to visitors at weekends, from Friday to Sunday at 15.00, through special thematic in-depth studies with MUSE experts (booking by phone or email).

At Palazzo delle Albere, until 16 May 2021, you can immerse yourself in the forests "captured" by Maurizio Galimberti's camera: internationally renowned photographer, Galimberti presents to the public the unpublished shots of  "Forest Frame - La foresta tra sogno e realtà" ("Forest Frame. The forest between dream and reality"). Opening times: Tuesday-Sunday: 10.00-18.00. Free admission, no booking required.
