Appartenenze (Cultural belongings)

Final act in an art workshop, a place of crossing people and stories, of breaking down of barriers to understand migrant cultures; here, meeting other stories and experiences becomes a moment of dialogue between Italians and foreigners.
This is how this exhibition was born, a testimony to a possible dialogue between cultures: drawings with essential signs and incisive strokes made by those asylum seekers at the Residenza Fersina in Trento have been handled and "kneaded" into new pictures by artists that have taken part in the workshop.
The laboratory 'OpenLabArt', held at the Residenza Fersina is a project by Sonia Lunardelli and Shehu Manjola in collaboration with the Association of  Il Gioco degli Specchi and Atas Onlus. The association for social advancement Giardino delle Arti has promoted the carrying out of the exhibition.
