Festa del Sòrc

Beginning of the project for the mapping of the territory and celebration “Festa del Sòrc" for a day of conviviality with local food and activities/entertainment for children at the mills of Ronco Cainari.
Traditional lunch organised by the local tourist office of Ronco and visit of the old mill with milling demonstration; in the afternoon, the Ecomuseum proposes the workshop "Fresh pasta: water, flour and salt... let’s knead the flour and give different shapes to fresh pasta to be flavored with herbs and cheese", organised by the biologist Valentina Saitta.
