From musicals to cinema: sweet vices at the forum

After its debut in Broadway in 1962, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, the American musical "A Funny Thing happened on the Way to the Forum" (a real successful remake of Plautus' miles gloriosus) was proposed in a movie version in 1966 under the direction of Richard Lester.
Marco Salotti has taught History of Cinema at the University of Genoa and is a film critic.
Free admission to all events until available seats are taken.
The course is recognized as refresher course for teachers of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
