Portraits of Europe

Edoardo Piazzoli, clarinetist, graduated in Milan under Primo Borali, and has been active in the Italian music scene for decades. He plays together with pianist Livia Rigano, also a Milan graduate: the duo has performed in Italy and abroad on numerous occasions. They will perform a program entitled “Portraits of Europe,” including Gade's Pezzi Fantastici, Pierné's Canzonetta, and Messager's Solo de Concours, interspersed with some piano pieces by Gade and Burgmein.
