A new interpretation with involvement and immersion of the viewer in the play based on Shakespeare's famous play "The Merchant of Venice." A journey in the story of love and friendship through the most varied emotions that will involve the spectators.

All this is "The Merchant of...," a show curated by Zagreo - Cultural Association that returns to Fort Pozzacchio, after the highly appreciated  “Frammenti – Parole e visioni della Grande Guerra” e “Il filo rosso” ("Fragments - Words and Visions of the Great War" and "The Red Thread")

The actor's breath and the spectator's heart in one: what moves me is on stage, what moves me is happening to me, happening now.

Inspired by William Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, "The Merchant of..." aims to place the actor and the spectator in front of their own story: love, anger, fear, sadness, joy -- these are the emotions of the moment brought to the stage.

"The Merchant of..." is not just theater, it is a game.

A game in which no one wins and no one loses, it is a brave game because what is asked is to unleash the everyday that is kept relegated.
