Visit at Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps

Promemoria_Auschwitz.eu offers over three-hundred people, aged 17 to 25,  from Alto Adige, Trentino and this year also from the Tyrol, the opportunity to visit the Jewish ghetto in Cracovia and Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps, after having studied in depth the themes of the totalitarianism and the Shoah through history labs and meetings with the Jewish Community of Merano and with Anpi Association of Bolzano to introduce us to the history of the concentration camp that was built there.

On their return, these new “Sentries of the memory” will meet the citizenry at Piedicastello Galleries to share their experiences, analysis and emotions
