An expert dumpling-maker and actress will guide the participants through the stages of making 'canederli', a sort of dumplings: from preparing the ingredients, to kneading the bread with milk and eggs, to shaping a sphere whose shape, weight, size and biologicitỳ will depend on the individual personalitỳ and choices of each person.
This is a fun show, replicated numerous times throughout Italy, and extremely engaging.
