Digital Facilitation Desks

Our Digital Facilitation Desks are back with new opening hours.

Specifically, at the Central Civic Library in Trento - in Via Roma, 55 - the service will be offered exclusively on Tuesday mornings from 9  to 12.00.

There are 8 desks - a map of which can also be found on Trento Municipality's website - from Monday to Friday, at the Central Library, at the offices of the Welfare and Social Cohesion Service, in some city districts and at the URP (public relations office).

Access to the desks is by appointment, by calling from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12, or by sending a text or Whatsapp message to 335 7863040 or 337 1261296, and you will be contacted again.

The service, also funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for 2024, carries on the programme that in 2023 offered support to 1,188 citizens (the youngest user was 18 years old, the oldest one 92 years old) with 1,622 appointments in our area.

The digital facilitation service is dedicated to anyone who has digital difficulties on accessing online services of the municipality and public administration (SPID, CIE, PAGOPA, MLOL, online enrollment, etc.) and provides basic IT support.

The young volunteers, after a dedicated training course, will be engaged in different desks of the municipality in the area, also in collaboration and support of voluntary associations engaged in the theme, in the year of the European Volunteer Capital.
