Six workhops between art and archaeology
INvento Lab 2016 proposes UOMO DI PIETRA (STONE MAN): 6 meetings/workshops for children focusing on the charming universe of the stone statues.
The stone statues in the archaeological section of the Alto Garda Museum of Riva del Garda are stone sculptures portraying human-like figures.
Archaeology combines with art and becomes a starting point for original teachings: illustration, sculpture, handicraft and daily life.
Workhops lasts about 1h30' and cost 2 Euros; 1 Euro for siblings.
All workshops will take place at the MAG Alto Garda Museum of Riva del Garda, except for Nella cava (In the cave), which will be held on mount Brione (meeting place: Centro Aperto Casa Mia, via Brione 84, at 10.00).
Recommended age: children aged 5-11.
