Die Wand (Germany, 1974 - 28’). A story of defeat where the weight of the seasons matches the weigt of the years of a man who loves mountains that he has always conquered and have now defeated him. An autumnal film glowing with a man’s love for the bare rocks.
Direttissima (Germany, 1960 - 22’). A young German climber and a mountain guide arrange to meet in Lavaredo to repeat one of the most difficult routes on the north face of the Cima Ovest.
Una cordata europea (Germany, 1964 - 15’). Three famous climbers find themselves at the bottom of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and decide to join together in a single roped party, climbing the ''Direttissima'' on the north face of the Cima Grande using the “route” opened in 1958 by Lothar Brandler.
