At the MUSE, Andrea Sforzi, director of the Natural History Museum of the Maremma (Tuscany), will open the 2023 meetings by talking about a rather elusive animal: the wild cat, a silent presence that has returned to inhabit our Italian forests.

He will talk about its biology, current distribution, new study methodologies and how virtually anyone can collaborate to increase knowledge about this species.
