A stroke of the pencil. The Great War in caricature

An exhibition dedicated to the war fought not at the front but on the pages of satirical magazines and newspapers, through the skill and creativity of cartoonists, many of high stature.
The exhibition displays a rich private collection and takes the visitor on a journey through the history of the most important illustrated magazines of European political satire and their contributors.
