Family Festival at the METS
"Agrifamily - Family Festival", in its 9th year, will take place on 4 June from 14.00: an afternoon of workshops, delicacies, experiences, stories and manual activities for the whole family.
Get ready to discover two new exhibitions: "L'Adige protagonista" ("Focus on the Adige river"), which reveals the stories and traditions linked to the river, and "Biodiversità agraria e paesaggi rurali: immagini dal Trentino" ("Agricultural biodiversity and rural landscapes: images from Trentino"), an exhibition itinerary through the ancient crops of Trentino, with an eye to the future, through the display of apple varieties from the genetic improvement programme of the Mach Foundation.
In the workshops you can try your hand at baking, learn about bees, try your hand at manual activities and have fun with creative games. You can taste sweet delicacies, enjoy dance workshops and hear fascinating stories about the Adige river.
You'll also enjoy some nice surprises: a delicious snack offered by the Serafini ice-cream parlour, meeting cute goats and even pet therapy with the dog Amber.
