Meeting entitled "Amphitryon di Heinrich von Kleist" with Luca Crescenzi, Professor of French Literature at the University of Trento, and readings curated by Maura Pettorruso e Massimo Lazzeri.

Printed in Dresden in 1807 and strongly influenced in the plot by Molière, the Amphytrion by the German writer Heinrich von Kleist re-elaborates for the first time in a deep and sometimes dramatic key the story of Amphitryon and Alcmena, victims of the "confusion of the spirit", as Goethe wrote.
