A journey through the flavours of Trentino's land, organised by the tourist office of the historic centre of Trento to enhance and promote the area's excellent food and wine products, and highlight the beauty and variety of the products of our area.
Hundreds of companies from Trentino will come together for three days of tastings, in-depth discussions, workshops and show cooking to rediscover the roots and traditions that have given rise to the traditional local dishes.
A festival that focuses on experimentation and the poetics of taste, but does not forget its origins, to satisfy experts, enthusiasts or the simply curious and offer a unique and exciting experience.
Free admission, otherwise indicated; for those events where admission is charged, you will need to pay at the time of booking online or on site at the info point in Piazza Duomo, subject to availability.
