Beyond necklines

First convention of the Women's Museums of Italy and of Gect (Gruppo Europeo di Cooperazione Territoriale, i.e. European Group of Territorial Cooperation)/Euregio

Meetings and conferences
[ Press Soggetto Montagna]

Two days of debates and talks to stimulate discussion, collaboration and exchange of best practices between museums and those who are actively involved in equal opportunities and investigation on the female world.

It all starts with a guided tour of the Museo Casa Andriollo - "SoggettoMontagnaDonna"; then, at the Auditorium of the Polo Scolastico of Borgo Valsugana, twenty-two experts will briefly relate about equal opportunities and Women's Museums.

The day will end with an event open to the public with Lorella Zanardo and Maria Concetta Mattei (the latter is the patroness of the convention).

On Saturday 18 March the workshop “Oltre le scollature... dentro la rete” ("Beyond necklines...within the web") is reserved for female museum attendants and officers and to volunteers of “Se non ora quando” ("When if not now?").

In the afternoon a guided tour of the Museo Per Via - museo Tesino delle Stampe e dell’Ambulantato (Per Via. Tesino Museum of Prints and Street Vendors) in Pieve Tesino will close the Convention.
