Botanical watercolour

After the guided tour of the Alpine Botanical Garden, you will attend a short explanation on the ancient discipline of botanical watercolouring and in particular on the subject of illustrating mushrooms and small fruits. You will be introduced to the main stages of the work and the wet-on-wet technique.

Starting with a simple pencil drawing of the mushroom and the forest context, you will continue in the afternoon with the application of water and colour. Don't worry if you are a beginner, you will be personally supervised by the teacher.

Teacher Cinzia Ester Invernizzi is an illustrator with expertise in botany and landscape.

She holds courses, collaborates with magazines and is active as a trainer and lecturer in the field.
