Carnival in Moena

On Shrove Tuesday at 2.30 p.m. don’t miss carnival floats. There will also be a party with music, sweet food and drink and a prize-giving to the winners of the best costume competition. The inhabitants of the Turchia district have the curious habit of dressing up as sultans and odalisques, so honouring the legends about the origin of this part of the village.
