Carnival in Valfloriana

This is one of the oldest carnivals in the region.

In Valfloriana, a long masquerade of characters with wooden masks and gaudy costumes - the so called Matoci, Arlechini, Sonadori, Sposi, Bele and Paiaci - will parade from hamlet to hamlet: from Sicina to Villaggio. 

PROGRAMME:

at 10:00: start from Sicina; breakfast included
at 12:00: parade arrival in Montalbiano; local lunch with cornmeal mush, stew and cheese in collaboration with Maso Fior di Bosco
at 13:30: parade arrival in Valle - Casanova; buffet
at 15:00: parade arrival in Dorà; snack with the carnival cup, in cooperation with RestaurantPizzeria 4 Venti
at 16:00: parade arrival in Villaggio; hot sandwiches and goulashsuppe in collaboration with Restaurant Pizzeria Villaggio
at 17:00: parade arrival in Barcatta; buffet
Conclusion of the parade in Casatta, at the Seniors' Hall.
