Climate pop-up: the climate is changing and agriculture is responding and adapting

As part of the INCONTRARE events of the San Martino Carousel, the bOOkique will host the talk "Climate pop-up: the climate is changing and agriculture is responding and adapting" organised by Fà la cosa giusta! Trento (Fair of critical consumption and a sustainable lifestyle), in anticipation of the fair that will take place on 21/22/23 October.

A group of experts of the MUSE - Science Museum and of the Samuele Social Cooperative will join some of the farmers taking part in the Market to talk about the impact of climate change on mountain agriculture, biodiversity and product quality. Roberto Barbiero, Appa climatologist of Appa (Provincial Environmental Protection Agency), will moderate the meeting.

Black Sheep pastry shop will propose high quality organic, raw and vegan pastries and snacks to close the evening!
