Present your admission ticket and you will receive a small gift and a 10% discount voucher (discounts can be applied on all items not on sale. Valid until 20.02.2023).
Important information:
- the time selected is binding; it is necessary to arrive at the museum at least 10 minutes before the time indicated on the ticket;
- tickets entitling the holder to a reduction or gratuity must be shown on the day of the visit to the staff in charge of control (see rates on the page on reductions and gratuities)
- the maximum stay allowed for a visit to the Museum is 3 hours;
- for safety and organisational reasons, it is not possible to leave and re-enter the Museum during the visit
- the use of a face covering is strongly recommended inside the Museum;
once purchased, the ticket can no longer be modified, cancelled or refunded.
