Discovering Tridentum, the underground city
An archaeological tour under the historical centre of Trento, in the ancient Tridentum, founded by the Romans in the first century BC and absorbed over the centuries in the medieval and modern city.
Let's discover important traces of the past in the city centre of Trento, guided by an archaeologist: join the guided tours “Alla scoperta di Tridentum. La città sotterranea” ("Discovering Tridentum, the underground city"), a series of archaeological tours from the Underground Archaeological Site SASS, to the Early Christian Basilica of Saint Vigilius.

Event organized by “Servizi educativi” (office for educational activities) of the Archaeological Heritage Office of the Department for Cultural Heritage, and by the Museo Diocesano Tridentino.
