Ecomuseums are Landscape 2021

Ecomuseums are Landscape is a rich calendar of proposals organised by the Italian Ecomuseum Network (EMI) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the birth of the ecomuseum concept.

The opening event will be the Italian Ecomuseums Landscape Week scheduled from 21 to 25 June with a cycle of webinars entitled "Ecomuseums are Landscape" with the presence of personalities from the world of institutions, the third sector and research who, together with the ecomuseums, will discuss the themes:

Landscape is resilience

Landscape is participation

Landscape is diversity

Landscape is short distribution chain and circularity

Landscape is transmission

All national and international organisations in tune with the themes and the ecomuseum approach are invited to participate by submitting video stories.

From 28 June, the videos will be uploaded to the YouTube channel of the Italian Ecomuseum Network, subject to verification by the organising committee of the initiative, and promoted through the website and social channels.

The events on the calendar, at national and local level, will last until 26 November.
