El Paés dei Presepi 2016 (The Crib Village 2016)

The long-standing tradition of preparing dozens of cribs can be seen in the village of Miola. For over twenty years the locals have displayed under vaults, in porches and at stable windows, not only home-made pieces but also truly remarkable works of art.

Moreover, from 8th December to 8th January The Crib Village offers a variety of entertainments.

Here's a hint below:

- The amazing cribs and mysterious objects game

Are you able to discover at least 20 of the 30 mysterious objects hidden in the cribs? Take the Crib Game Map, search for the object indicated and punch the space near the object picture. Hand the map into La Grénz point in St. Rocco Square or at the Tourist Board in Baselga and you will receive the El Paés dei Presepi’s mug and an Ice Rink Piné ticket for free*. (*Only one gadget for each family group)

- The market with typical food products and crafts

- The animals of the Nativity Scene

- La Grénz refreshment stand

- Father Christmas’ Square, sleigh and house with free cotton candy distribution

- “El Casel”, with the exhibition of many handmade cribs and the artworks of the artist Adelio Girardi

- The horse cart drawn by pony and Christmas’ Father’s elves

- Choir concerts, shows and creative children’s workshop or readings

- The lighted nativity scene on the Miola hill and the guest nativity scene of Pineta di Laives

- “Piné with gusto”, gastronomic food festival (except 31.12)

- “I lavori delle mani e del cuore”: exposition and sell of handicrafts situated by Serraia Lake in Baselga (8, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 23, 24, 26, 31 December and 1, 6, 7, 8 January from 14.00 to 18.00)
