From the alpine and dolomite landscapes of Val Rendena and the Vanoi Valley to the terraced landscapes with Mediterranean features of the Upper Garda area, the documentary foregrounds some agrifood practices closely linked to the care of the land and its biodiversity. The images and voices of those who have chosen to produce quality food, sustainably and on a small scale, are interwoven with those of an established chef, who bets on the essentiality and proximity of those products.
