From hunters to farmers. New discoveries on the prehistory of the Upper Garda area

In the meeting entitled “Dai cacciatori agli agricoltori. Nuove scoperte sulla preistoria dell'Alto Garda” ("From hunters to farmers. New discoveries on the prehistory of the Upper Garda area"), Elisabetta Mottes will reflect on the prehistory of the Upper Garda area, deepening the results of recent archaeological investigations that have made it possible to reconstruct the picture of the local most ancient population, and the gradual transition from an economy based on hunting and spontaneous fruit picking to one based on agricultural and breeding practices.
