A not-to-be-missed event in which, through the voices of the violin and the cello, the music by Vivaldi, Leclair and Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach will “solve” the puzzling canons of ”L’arte della fuga” (Die Kunst der Fuge), BWV 1080, by Johann Sebastian Bach.
Mario Brunello and Giuliano Carmignola, with the participation of Guido Barbieri, enter the twists and turns of the masterpiece “The Art of Fugue”: science, nature and music mingle together. As a result, we might find out that this great German composer’s unfinished work hides in its structure Pythagoras’ philosophical principles, as supposed by musicologist Hans-Eberhard Dentler.

The event will take place also in case of bad weather until all available space is taken.
