Funky Beat Band

Funky Beat Band is a big band with a repertoire ranging from blues to swing and from funky to rock through jazz and disco music. Such repertoire ranges widely in the history of music from "Summertime" by George Gershwin and "Blue moon" by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart (1934) – the latter became a standard in the repertoire of many jazz formations of the time and has been performed by many artists, including Benny Goodman, Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Elvis Presley - but also "I just called to say I love you", by Stevie Wonder (soundtrack of the 1984 film "the Woman in Red") and "Yesterday" by the Beatles.
