Giuliano Carmignola

Outstanding interpreter of the baroque and classical repertoire, Carmignola is one of the most important violinists on the international stage. He has performed in the most prestigious concert halls and played with Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli, Daniele Gatti, Christoph Hogwood, Franz Bruggen and groups such as the Virtuosi Italiani, Sonatori della Gioiosa Marca, Orchestre des Champs-Élysées and the Kammerorchester Basel. He has also made many recordings for major labels, such as Divox Antiqua and Deutsche Grammophon, and performed Vivaldi, Bach and others. This concert for Sounds of the Dolomites will echo to the music of these composers and Telemann and von Biber.
