The event begins with an interesting guided tour of the ancient silver mines of Rumo, a place rich in history and tradition, to be reached along a forest path.

This is followed by a visit to the Church of Saint Udalrico in Corte Inferiore di Rumo, a true treasure chest of art, both for its architectural structure and for the frescoes decorating the interior, created by brothers Giovanni and Battista Baschenis.

The cycle, divided into two registers, depicts the Last Supper, St Barbara and St Barnabas in the upper portion and King David, St Stephen and other saints in the lower portion. Also attributed to the Baschenis brothers are the exterior frescoes depicting St Benedict and the Madonna Enthroned.

Finally, guided tour of Palazzo Aliprandini and of the ARTICA photographic exhibition.

Meeting point: at the car park near the mine, in the area named Corte Inferiore, at 14.00.

Duration of the visit: approx. two hours (one hour for the visit to the mine and one hour for the visit to the church).
