Guido Scarabottolo, a journey to Iceland

An exhibition (and a book published by La Grande Illusion), which is an unwritten diary of a journey never made.
The account of an exploration lasting eight weeks, in the company of a beautiful Sicilian map, some rather severe German ink, undisciplined but indispensable Chinese brushes, an Austrian woodcutter’s crayon, a small piece of French chalk and a charcoal pencil said to have come from Belgium.
