Have you ever played a work of art?

Street Piano Festival

Cultural exhibitions and events

The Street Piano Festival, now in its 7th year, is divided into two parts: a preview from 20 to 29 May in the Quartiere delle Albere (Albere district) with 6 pianos made available by "Armonium Galvan" (Egidio Galvan's company); and a second tranche from 30 May to 10 June (with an extra piano) in the streets of Trento city centre.

The decorations of the artists Matteo Boato, Annalisa Lenzi, Giorgia Molinari, Elisa Di Liberato and the students of the "A. Vittoria" arts high school in Trento make the pianos real works of art of an open-air sound exhibition.

The street piano festival maintains its traditional formula, as the slogan says: "It doesn't matter if you're Mozart or if you've only taken one class...just sit at the piano and have fun!". All passers-by are invited to be the protagonists and audience at the same time of this festival, which everybody can join to be part of this colorful collective performance.

Keep up to date on the various events scheduled around the seven pianos (including performances with special guests and free piano lessons) and follow the cultural association Il Vagabondo on facebook , @ilvagabondoproduzioni @haimaisuonatounoperadarte on instagram, and www.haimaisuonatounoperadarte.it

At the end of the festival, the seven pianos of the "Have you ever played a work of art?" Festival never cease to be works of art: they can continue to spread art, beauty and music in other places: the instruments enriched by the artists' intervention are in fact on sale!
