Vocalist and bassist for the UK indie rock band Noisettes, Shingai Shoniwa presents her recent solo project that explores the relationship with her roots, but draws equally on pop, soul, jazz and electronica.

It is the vanguard of a new era of pop, where instruments and digital programming join happily melodies and rhythms inspired by her African heritage. It's an effervescent soundscape, infused with a feeling-filled yet boisterous energy that makes for electrifying music.
