SELMER SAXHARMONIC CONDUCTED BY MILAN TURKOVIC
From sopranino to bass, via soprano, alto, tenor and baritone: the entire family of instruments invented by Adolphe Sax make their appearance in this 12-piece German ensemble making use of all available expressive resources. Milan Turkovic has conducted them since their debut in 2006; since then the Selmer Saxharmonic have picked up numerous awards for their concerts and recordings. On the programme Dvorak, Milhaud and Shostakovich, as well as Rota and Morricone.
