The book celebrates the Museum as a scientific observatory and promoter of culture. The Trentino Folklife Museum, founded in 1968, completed its first fifty years of activity in 2018.
The illustrated volume aims to honour its history and current mission as an ethnographic conservation institute and as a permanent exhibition, first of all, but also as an articulate cultural machine, dedicated to scientific research, education, dialogue with the local area, and a conscious and careful promotion of the traditional culture of Trentino.
