The way of the cold to happiness
by Andrea Bianchi

By now we rarely live and walk in the open air, in nature; we seldom get out of our shells: houses, offices, cars...Yet, nature is where we come from, we are part of it, and it is part of us. That's why when we take off our shoes and walk on a meadow - or bathe in a stream, dry in the sun and wind, lie on soft grass - we feel good: because it awakens an ancient memory, fixed deep inside of us.
Awakening these faculties is possible: by gently pushing ourselves beyond the confines of our comfort zone, the cold can become our best friend and teacher, activating unexpected mental and physical resources to regenerate us and make us find the best part of ourself. According to Andrea Bianchi, his method is accessible to everyone and simple daily practices are enough to obtain fundamental benefits.
