The Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme proposes 4 video interviews on Thursday for one month, starting from 14 January 2021. This series of videos is entitled “Storie, voci e racconti: l’industria del forestiero in Val di Fiemme dal Settecento ad oggi” (Stories, voices and tales: the industry of foreigners in Val di Fiemme from the eighteenth century to today)

In these four meetings, the protagonists of the video interviews will retrace the history of the industry of foreigners in Val di Fiemme from the 18th century to the present day.

This cultural proposal, based on reflections, stories and analysis, anticipates some of the themes of the exhibition that will be set up in spring in Cavalese at the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme.

An exhibition dedicated to the history of tourism in the valleys and which is based on another prestigious exhibition project entitled "From war to sustainable mobility: railways and cable transport in the historical Tyrol". A collective-territorial exhibition that will be hosted in various museums and institutions in Trentino, South Tyrol and North Tyrol thanks to funding provided by the Euregio and the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Part of this project will also be housed in the charming rooms of the former Bishop's Palazzo in Cavalese.
