Trentino's forests through Galimberti's camera

The shots of the exhibition “Forest Frame” tell about themselves online
The internationally renowned photographer Maurizio Galimberti presents to the public the unpublished shots of "Forest Frame. La foresta tra sogno e realtà"("Forest Frame. The forest between dream and reality"). Open to the public since 19 January 2021 at Palazzo delle Albere, and currently closed for the pandemic - in compliance with the national ministerial indications - the exhibition is told virtually (while waiting to reopen) through the voice of its author, the curators and the botanists of the MUSE.
On Thursday 11 March 2021, at 18.00, Galimberti will present his 23 shots and 17 photo mosaics to the virtual audience in streaming on the MUSE Facebook page (here is the link to follow the event).
Curator Beatrice Mosca, Carlo Maiolini - events contact person of the Palazzo delle Albere - MUSE botanist Andrea Bianchi, MUSE president Stefano Zecchi and museum director Michele Lanzinger will also be there to welcome the event.
The exhibition is in conjunction with other two plant-themed exhibits in the museum, "Tree Time. Art and science for a new alliance with nature" - which arose from a collaboration between the MUSE and the National Mountain Museum "Duca degli Abruzzi" in Turin - and the art installation "Trees Falling in Love" , that can be visited in the museum garden.
Also the photos of "Forest Frame. The forest between dream and reality " investigate the relationship between nature and humanity. An exciting journey that sees Trentino as the protagonist of a gaze suspended between dreamlike and real visions: Galimberti loses himself in the forests of Val di Fiemme and Fassa, Valsugana, Val di Non, Cembra, Molveno and Arco, among trees broken by the fury of the storm, and trees that bring back ancient suggestions.
