Trento doc Festival: wine tastings, books, meetings from 7 to 9 October

Three days of events to taste, discover, tell and share Trentodoc wine bubbles. 

A long weekend that lights up Trento and the whole Trentino. A celebration that will involve insiders, many guests and enthusiasts. A schedule of meetings led by journalists of the Corriere della Sera newspaper, dedicated to the world of mountain wine bubbles: talks, tastings and special events, in Trento, in historical places and wineries of the territory.

Trentodoc is the expression of a mountain land, Trentino, which has the ideal geoclimatic conditions for the production of excellent wine bubbles. Being the first D.O.C. (Denominazione di origine controllata, i.e. “controlled designation of origin”) in Italy assigned to a classic method, it boasts a history of more than one hundred and twenty years.

Today there are sixty-four sparkling wine companies: large and small ones, offering about two hundred and twenty fine labels, each with its own peculiarities and with one common denominator: quality.

The territory, the Dolomites - a Unesco World Heritage Site -, the experience and skill of the associated wineries, together with the specifications, offer a unique, fresh and elegant wine.
The collective territorial mark is on each bottle and is meant to remind with the graphics of the two "O's" the gesture of remuage, typical of the production method.
