The exhibition investigates the history of the city theatre through the exhibition of reproductions of the posters of the shows staged between the 19th and 20th centuries (catalogued and digitized by the Civic Library of Trento).
They show the great variety that characterized the theatre since its opening. Some stage costumes and preparatory sketches for the ceiling of the theatre, made in 1920 by Alcide Davide Campestrini, complete the display.
