Tridentvm VR | Virtual reality at the Spazio archeologico sotterraneo del SAS (Sas Underground Archaeological Space)

Ancient Tridentum as you have never seen it!

From 12 July 12 to 5 October, on Fridays and Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the VantiniR - virtual reality project can be enjoyed at the Sas Underground Archaeological Space in Trento's square "Piazza Cesare Battisti".

Carried out by the Culture, Tourism and Events Office of the City of Trento in collaboration with the Provincial Archaeological Heritage Office for the Vantini Chapel, the project is hosted at the Tridentum site for the 2024 summer.

A compelling and immersive experience that gives visitors the opportunity to explore the city founded by the Romans two thousand years ago, by wearing a special visor, thanks to a meticulous virtual reconstruction.

In just a few seconds, visitors can take a real journey through time, finding themselves in four sites of particular importance in the city: the Sas Underground Archaeological Space, Porta Veronensis, the archaeological area of Palazzo Lodron and the amphitheater.
