Water has once again the key role, dragging everything along its way, from tree trunks to coffins. Is it a metaphor for a destiny in front of which we can only sit and wait? Dreamlike and vaguely Buzzati-like, a fourth and last theatrical picture suspended between sidereal desires, implacable human impulses and the inevitable finiteness of time.
