Villa Balduini-Tambosi is one of the most renowned residences in Trentino in classical style.
It was built at the end of the XVIII century by the noble family Balduini Its oil painting on plaster decorations were made at the beginning of the XIX century and enhance two rooms on the piano nobile (i.e. noble floor): it is a noteworthy profane cycle inspired by Ovid's "Metamorphoses" and Homer's "Iliad" made by the pianter Domenico Zeni from Bardolino (Verona). During recent restoration works of the Villa, some big fragments of neoclassical wall paintings have come to light on the second floor.
