Visit to the Cortiana forge

After a short walk at the foot of the Little Dolomites you'll reach an ancient forge set in a natural, striking environment: Fucina Cortiana is the forge where you'll learn the secrets of iron processing thanks to Mario Cortiana's recounts; he's indeed the grandson of blacksmith Francesco-  who worked here until the 1980s - and he'll tells us about this ancient art using old tools which still function perfectly.

The guided visit (short excursion included) takes about 3 hours time.
