Water grabbing

Climate change will increase conflicts over the use of water, which is indispensable for life and for food production, but also for many economic activities such as industrial and hydroelectric production. We will discuss the topic with Marirosa Iannelli, co-author of the book "Water grabbing - Le guerre nascoste per l'acqua nel XXI secolo" ("Water grabbing - The hidden wars for water in the 21st century"), the first wide-ranging Italian study on the global phenomenon of water grabbing.
