Codice rosso (Red code)

“Today as in the past, female fertility and sexuality are not usually considered as resources, but as a burden for women themselves. On the contrary, they are very important resources, as they contribute in creative practices".

This and several issues will be discussed on 8 March at Palazzo Festi - Teatro Sociale di Trento, starting at 10.00 with the panel discussion “In un altro modo” ("Another way"): some female professionals in the field of politics, economics, etc. will be asked if it is possible to imagine a "female way", that is a more sustainable way of interacting with others, with the environment, with oneselves.

From 18.00 to 22.00 a party will follow (free admission) with workshops and artistic installations created by the new-born “Codice Rosso” (Red Code): sixteen female artists of Trentino who have shared this project. Women taking part in the initiative are kindly invited to wear red clothes!

“Codice Rosso” is a project curated by “L'acqua che balla” in collaboration with “Tenda Rossa Trento”, Centro Servizi Culturali S. Chiara and Pergine Spettacolo Aperto, with the financial support of the Autonomous Province of Trento.
