Our Digital Facilitation Desk is there to help you access the City's online services, to apply for SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale | Digital Identity Public System), for digital library services (Media Library Online and Catalogo Primo | First Catalogue), to make better use of your smartphone, and many more services!
The service at the Biblioteca Comunale di Trento | Central Civic Library in Trento - in Via Roma, 55 - will be offered exclusively on Tuesday mornings from 9.00 to 12.00.
Other Digital Facilitation Desks - a map of which can be found on our municipality's website - are operating Monday through Friday at the Welfare and Social Cohesion Service offices, in some city districts, and at the URP (public relations office)
The desk can be accessed by appointment, by calling from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12, or by sending a text or Whatsapp message to the cell phones 335 7863040 or 337 1261296, and you will be called back.
