European Heritage Days on 24 and 25 September

"Sustainable cultural heritage: a legacy for the future" is the theme of the European Heritage Days, Europe's most popular cultural event, scheduled for Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 September.

The Archaeological Heritage Office of the Department for Cultural Heritage proposes guided tours, workshops and family activities dedicated to learn about Trentino's archaeological heritage. The events will take place at the Museo Retico (Rhaetic Museum), at the Redebus Pass - "Acqua fredda" archaeological site, at the Parco Archeo Natura di Fiavé (Archaeological Park "Archeo Natura" of Fiavé), and at the Museo delle Palafitte di Fiavé (Fiavé Pile dwelling Museum), which will be open to visitors with free admission over the weekend.

The common thread of the 2022 edition proposes a reflection on the sustainable management of cultural heritage and landscape. A collective heritage that calls museums and archaeological parks to be promoters of the culture of sustainability and that needs responsibility and commitment from everyone to be handed down to future generations.

In the weekend, admission will be free to the Museo Retico from 14.00 to 18.00, and to the Parco Archeo Natura di Fiavé and the Museo delle Palafitte di Fiavé, which will be open from 10.00 to 18.00.
